Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Sunita Jassal, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with our products. In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help.

Important note: Returns, refunds and exchanges are only eligible for items that are damaged/faulty and purchased at the full retail price, items must be returned in the original state as received, with the original packaging intact.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to hygiene reasons, products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Each item is quality checked; inspected and packaged personally by Sunita Jassal. In the unlikely event that the item you received from us is faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 7 working days.

Any returned goods will be inspected before a refund/exchange is offered. We will investigate and where possible, refund the customer. We can only refund the price of the item(s) and not any delivery charges.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons we DO NOT refund/exchange if the customer has changed their mind or the product is simply unwanted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

You have 20 calendar days to return any full retail priced purchases from the date you received it. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and we strongly recommend using a tracked service to confirm the products have safely reached us.

To be eligible for a refund, please note that the following must be met:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your item must be in its original packaging
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase - the email you received from us after placing your order (containing all order details including the order number) will assist as your proof.

Please forward this onto to us by emailing info@sunitajassalartiste.com with a proof of purchase and pictures of your damaged/faulty product, including your additional notes to raise a return/exchange request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Refunds usually take just a few days to appear in your bank account but it may take longer in some cases. If it has been over 7 days and you have not yet received your refund, please check with your bank in the first instance as there may be a procedure regarding processing times.

Disclaimer:

The Sunita Jassal lashes have been carefully handmade, therefore you should always expect some variation between each eyelash. The overall effect of the style should not be affected. Care should be taken when removing the product from the tray. Start at the corner and gently peel away. Pulling the lash from the middle may cause breakage.
